Patriotic bundle

This little bundle comes with two paper hats. One is a Napoleon hat and the other looks like a hat that a hotdog vendor would’ve worn back in the 60s maybe 70s it comes with a little red white and blue container, and the American Eagle with the flags cardboard decoration. There is some staining on the Napoleon hat and a little tear on one end. These would be cute in a vintage vignette.
